Grounded in national frameworks and real-world LTC experience, each session connects care leaders, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to share practical tools and insights that work. Created by Maylis Health, this initiative supports LTC homes in strengthening palliative approaches through education, mentorship, and system improvement.
